Pay Range: $55 - $62/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities;

  • Collaborate within a team environment to develop, deploy, and support key applications and features
  • Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and follow Agile software development practices
  • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements by working closely with business partners
  • Research, document, and review existing systems and recommend solution designs for project requirements
  • Assist in writing user stories, functional requirements, and supporting documentation
  • Diagram business processes and system workflows to clearly communicate solutions
  • Translate technical concepts effectively for business and technical stakeholders
  • Contribute to defining project scope and backlog while recommending solutions to project challenges
  • Develop an understanding of web and mobile applications and clearly communicate technical details to internal partners
  • Support Quality Assurance and business partners during all testing phases, including defect triage in production and non-production environments

 
Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

  • Strong SQL skills with the ability to write and execute queries for data analysis and validation
  • Familiarity with modern application technologies such as Angular and Java, with the ability to understand code and system behavior (coding proficiency not required)
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions by reviewing documentation, assessing current-state systems, and defining future-state objectives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently take ownership of tasks from concept through execution
  • Versatile and adaptable team player capable of working across business and technical teams
  • Ability to perform technical analysis of modern web application concepts (e.g., Spring MVC, Spring Core, XML, CSS)
  • Experience with database query tools and strong SQL skills
  • Familiarity with Java and documentation tools such as Confluence
  • Working knowledge of QA processes and test automation
