Job Description: Senior Full Stack Developer - Amazon Connect

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement innovative solutions for our contact center platform that enhance agent productivity and customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong frontend development skills with React.JS, experience with high-volume frontend architecture, and middle-tier development expertise using Python and Java.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop full stack applications using React.JS or equivalent frameworks
  2. Create scalable frontend architectures capable of handling large volumes of clients
  3. Develop middle-tier services using Python and Java
  4. Create and maintain serverless applications using AWS Lambda when required
  5. Implement solutions using Amazon Connect Streams.JS API to surface OOTB widgets
  6. Build integrations that effectively interact with the Amazon Connect backend
  7. Optimize application performance and ensure high availability

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of professional experience in full stack development
  • Strong frontend development skills using JavaScript, React, and Redux
  • Experience building frontend architectures that handle large volumes of clients
  • Middle-tier development expertise using Python and Java
  • Experience with AWS Lambda development
  • Knowledge of Amazon Connect Streams.JS API to surface OOTB widgets from Amazon Connect
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with Amazon Connect backend systems
  • Contact Center application/Agent Desktop Software experience if not Amazon Connect

Nice to Have:

  • Contact center background and experience
  • Agent experience design background
  • Experience with state management in complex React applications
  • Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for high-traffic web applications
