Job Title: IT Business Analyst Salesforce & Integration

Location: St. Louis, MO (Hybrid)

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst (BA) to support enterprise-level technology projects for Spectrum Enterprise, focusing on products such as traditional cable, streaming TV, data (Internet), and hosted/ported phone services. This is a hybrid role requiring strong business analysis skills along with technical understanding-particularly of Salesforce architecture and system integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment and clarity.

  • Elicit, document, and validate user stories and business requirements, ensuring they meet INVEST or other best practices.

  • Conduct impact analysis on systems, users, processes, and project dependencies.

  • Manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholder groups.

  • Coordinate communications across business units, development teams, and project management.

  • Contribute to Agile ceremonies and collaborate closely with Scrum teams.

  • Provide constructive feedback and accept input to improve deliverables.

  • Conduct independent research and stay current on domain knowledge and systems.

  • Understand Salesforce data structure, platform limitations, and general Salesforce integration principles.

  • Assist with as-is/to-be process mapping, business flow diagrams, and change impact modeling.

  • Support technical requirements definition with a deeper understanding of dev-side limitations and system architecture.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years of Business Analysis experience in enterprise IT environments.

  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.

  • Solid experience working with Salesforce and its data architecture.

  • Familiarity with system integration concepts.

  • Experience writing clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria.

Nice to Have:
  • Experience with BPMN for process modeling.

  • Proficiency in Jira, Lucidchart, or MS Visio.

  • Experience working with ICOMS and/or CSG integration systems.

  • Background or interest in Technical Analysis (TA) is a plus.
