DataStage Developer

8+ years of hands-on experience in design/implementation of IBM Infosphere Information Server v11.5. product suite including but not limited to DataStage, QualityStage, Analyzer.
Extensive experience with retrieval of large dataset from Oracle/Snowflake efficiently.
Extensive experience with applying complex transformation rules to build final datasets for downstream consumption.
Extensive hands-on experience with data cleansing and standardization of name, address, phone number data with extremely complex rules.
Experience with Loqate Address Verification Interface (AVI) and complex rules to handle different address scenarios.
In depth knowledge of change data capture process with complex conditions and rules
Hands-on experience with PL/SQL (Oracle 19c) and Snowflake
Familiarity with IBM MDM data model and XSDs
Hands on experience with generating XMLs out of dataset
In depth understanding of Hierarchy concepts and data model to support hierarchy management within Staging and MDM product. Ability to design/implement complex hierarchy build rules.
Experience with Azure Cloud Storage data movement and data landing in Snowflake.
Familiar with routine server/product maintenance activities
Hands-on experience with Unix scripting for automation of several daily/weekly/adhoc processing2.
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving and follow-up skills; must be proactive and self-directed.
Work closely with business team, technical team and offshore team (if any) to coordinate the work efforts according to PI planning.
Good communication & presentation skills.

Hands on experience with Mulesoft APIs and integration
Experience with Azure Cloud and Snowflake
Microsoft Office product – Excel for preliminary analysis, OneNote, Presentation, Word, Teams
