About the Role
We are seeking two Systems Support Specialists to provide Tier 1/2 technical support. These roles are critical to maintaining uptime and supporting plant operations, especially during outages. Ideal candidates will have strong troubleshooting skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work across multiple sites.

About the Role
We are seeking two Systems Support Specialists to provide Tier 1/2 technical support. These roles are critical to maintaining uptime and supporting plant operations, especially during outages. Ideal candidates will have strong troubleshooting skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for hardware, software, networking, and peripheral issues
- Handle escalated incidents from Tier 1 and collaborate to improve knowledge sharing
- Monitor ticket queues and participate in post-incident reviews
- Manage hardware/software inventory and assist with imaging, configuration, and deployment
- Provide rotational coverage of the support phone queue for overflow and high-priority calls
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, change control, and security standards
- Support patch management, software deployments, and infrastructure changes
- Travel to nearby distribution sites (1-2 times per week)
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- 2+ years experience troubleshooting PCs, printers, phones, and infrastructure issues
- Valid driver's license and ability to work across multiple locations
