Role: SAP HR consultant with Time Management Experience
Location: Remote. May travel onsite for a few days during UAT
Duration: 6 months with possible extension
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and design SAP HR Time Management solutions.
- Configure SAP HR Time Management sub-modules, including:
- Work schedules
- Absence and attendance types
- Quotas (leave, overtime)
- Time evaluation schema and rules
- Integration with Payroll
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
- Provide post-go-live support and resolve issues.
- Work with functional teams and technical developers for RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows).
- Participate in project planning and delivery of SAP HR Time Management projects.
- Document system design and configuration.
- Train key users and deliver user manuals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Human Resources, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as an SAP HR consultant with strong focus on Time Management.
- Hands-on configuration experience in SAP Time Management.
- Strong understanding of SAP Time Evaluation schemas and PCRs.
- Experience with interface of Time Management with Payroll and other modules.
- Knowledge of both Positive and Negative Time recording.
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors Time Management is a plus.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
