Role: SAP HR consultant with Time Management Experience

Location: Remote. May travel onsite for a few days during UAT
Duration: 6 months with possible extension

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and design SAP HR Time Management solutions.
  • Configure SAP HR Time Management sub-modules, including:
    • Work schedules
    • Absence and attendance types
    • Quotas (leave, overtime)
    • Time evaluation schema and rules
    • Integration with Payroll
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
  • Provide post-go-live support and resolve issues.
  • Work with functional teams and technical developers for RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows).
  • Participate in project planning and delivery of SAP HR Time Management projects.
  • Document system design and configuration.
  • Train key users and deliver user manuals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as an SAP HR consultant with strong focus on Time Management.
  • Hands-on configuration experience in SAP Time Management.
  • Strong understanding of SAP Time Evaluation schemas and PCRs.
  • Experience with interface of Time Management with Payroll and other modules.
  • Knowledge of both Positive and Negative Time recording.
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors Time Management is a plus.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
