Job Description

We are seeking a Salesforce Enterprise Architect with strong consulting expertise to lead a solo client engagement. This individual will act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic direction, architectural leadership, and execution guidance across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

The ideal candidate will combine deep technical knowledge with the ability to influence business and IT leaders, driving scalable and sustainable Salesforce solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the Salesforce architectural vision aligned with the client s business and technology roadmap.

  • Consult directly with stakeholders to assess current state, identify gaps, and design end-to-end Salesforce solutions.

  • Provide hands-on guidance and mentorship on Salesforce best practices, governance, and platform capabilities.

  • Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance multi-cloud Salesforce solutions integrating Sales, Revenue, and Experience Clouds.

  • Oversee technical proof-of-concepts, solution frameworks, and integration strategies.

  • Act as the single point of contact for architecture decisions and implementation oversight.

  • Translate business needs into Salesforce capabilities and roadmap recommendations.

  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and innovations to advise on future opportunities.

  • Lead workshops, strategy sessions, and architecture presentations to align business and IT stakeholders.

  • Deliver documentation including solution blueprints, governance frameworks, and integration patterns.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Salesforce architecture experience, including hands-on work with Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

  • Strong consulting and client-facing experience, with a proven ability to define roadmaps and lead architectural strategy.

  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, including data model, security, APIs, middleware integrations, and extensibility (Apex, LWC, Flows).

  • Experience designing multi-cloud Salesforce environments supporting customer engagement and revenue growth.

  • Proven ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and alignment of architecture with iterative delivery.

  • Salesforce certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, or relevant Consultant credentials) highly preferred.
