DPP is seeking a .NET Software Architect for a part-time opportunity in Columbia, SC.

Work arrangement:
- Remote
- W2 position; part-time, 2 months with possible extension
- Part-time - 32.65 hrs./week. Hours are between 8 am and 5 pm Eastern
- 5+ years experience in a Technical/Process Management leadership role in a large (500+) IT organization
- 5+ years of supervising experience
- 5+ years of experience with SC Grants and Scholarship procedures
- 2+ years of experience with direct interaction with the external stakeholders
- Expert in .NET application development (2+ years)
- .NET Framework 3.5/4.0 experience (2+ years)
- SQL database experience (2+ years)
- Bachelor s degree and 2 years of experience in the field
- Must be experienced with SC Grants and Scholarship Policies and Procedures
- Intimate knowledge of the client s Technical College System Grants Management Application (GMS)
- Communication skills
- Planning with emphasis on meeting the established timeline
- Provide day-to-day guidance to the internal divisions and 16 technical colleges on the project as well as auditing and documentation of events and processes.
- The current Grants Management System lacks a structured way to capture data for a newly awarded grant.
- To address this, the client needs to define a series of new pages and a configurable (by grant type) application flow that facilitates the collection of these new data types.
