Job Details
Title: Data Warehouse / Power BI Developer
Location: Washington, D.C. - Onsite
Duration: 12+ Months

Education / Certifications:
- Bachelor's in Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science
- Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) or equivalent certification preferred
- Familiarity with Azure Synapse, DAX, M, and SQL required
- 6+ years of experience in BI reporting with a focus on Power BI
- 3+ years with Azure Synapse, data lakes, and semantic modeling
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards across GPO business domains
- Modify and enhance semantic models using Azure Synapse based on evolving report needs
- Identify required enterprise data from Oracle Financials, .NET-based systems, or SQL Server backends
- Coordinate with the Enterprise Service Bus team to validate and integrate new data pipelines into Synapse
- Engage in iterative report design and validation cycles with business stakeholders
