Job Title: Sr. Salesforce UI Developer

Duration: 6+ Months

Location: The Woodlands, TX

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced UI Developer to join our team and help design and develop user interfaces for our Salesforce-based applications. In this role, you will be responsible for translating business requirements and user needs into visually appealing and intuitive user experiences. You will work closely with our Salesforce developers, business analysts, and product managers to ensure a cohesive and seamless user experience across our Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop responsive, mobile-friendly user interfaces for Salesforce applications and communities

- Translate business requirements and user stories into high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs

- Implement UI designs using Salesforce Lightning components, Aura components, and other Salesforce UI technologies

- Ensure UI designs adhere to Salesforce's design system and UX best practices

- Collaborate with Salesforce developers to integrate UI components with backend functionality

- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce UI technologies, tools, and design trends

Required Qualifications:

- 13+ years of experience as a UI/UX developer, with a strong portfolio of Salesforce-related projects

- Proficient in Salesforce Lightning Design System, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components

- Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)

- Familiarity with Salesforce data models, workflows, and customization capabilities

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices

- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills

- Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile development environment

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Salesforce development tools (e.g., Salesforce DX, Salesforce CLI)

- Knowledge of Salesforce AppExchange and experience publishing custom components

- Familiarity with Salesforce security and governance best practices

- Experience with user testing and usability analysis
