Seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Solution Architect with hands-on experience to lead the development and implementation of a large-scale customer service solution

REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Certified Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE/Customer Service.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in implementing and supporting large-scale D365 Enterprise environments.
  • Hands-on experience with high-end CRM implementation projects.
  • Power Platform experience.
  • Familiarity with Omnichannel and Power Virtual Agent.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (MS Azure preferred).
  • Proficiency with centralized logging platforms (e.g., AppInsights, Splunk).
  • Agile and Scrum experience.
  • Lead the adherence to the technical architecture design, including data modeling, data integration, tool configuration, customizations, and Business Continuity.
  • Provide strategies, roadmaps, and lead technical initiatives across teams.
  • Lead a development team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions within the defined deadlines.
  • Lead and/or participate in stakeholder brainstorming, discovery, planning, and design sessions.
  • Mentor team members on technical topics, acting as the Dynamics CRM Expert.
  • Ensure the solution is built for high-availability, scalability, performance, and security.
  • Lead and/or contribute to technical design sessions and reviews.
  • Oversee adherence to development best practices, ensuring technical quality in solution code.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Dynamics 365 operations and maintenance issues.
  • Innovate and create new solutions through out-of-the-box thinking.
