    Job Description:
    “TA Platform” refers to the core Transfer Agency technology systems supporting investor recordkeeping, transaction processing, reporting, and controls.

    They are seeking an experienced Transfer Agency (TA) Platform Subject Matter Expert to support the evaluation and validation of a new TA system implementation. The goal of this engagement is to ensure the platform aligns with industry standards, delivers required TA functionality, maintains strong operational controls, and supports modern best-practice capabilities.

    This role will work closely with internal stakeholders and technology teams to assess system design, workflows, and controls through hands-on review and testing.

    A candidate with “TA Platform experience” should be able to:
    Navigate the TA system’s architecture and data model
    Understand how TA workflows are configured and executed
    Review or build system logic supporting TA transactions
    Support testing, validation, and issue remediation
    Partner with TA operations and compliance teams
    Assess controls and system behavior, not just write code
    They may be:
    A configurator / platform developer
    A senior systems analyst with hands-on platform work
    A technical SME embedded in TA implementations
    Must Haves:
    5+ years of experience
    Deep Transfer Agency functional expertise, including hands-on experience reviewing or implementing TA systems.
    Strong documentation and communication skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and business stakeholders.
