RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst I - Customer Triage Spec in Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities:
* Serve as a primary point of contact for homeowners, their representatives, and internal/external stakeholders
* Analyze interactions to identify root causes and communicate effective solutions
* Represent Fannie Mae with professionalism and subject matter expertise
* Research across multiple systems and resources to draw sound conclusions
* Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
* Identify and escalate deficiencies in servicing processes or internal procedures

Investigate and resolve complex inquiries related to:
* Loan modifications
* Payment disputes
* Escrow miscalculations
* Mortgage release eligibility
* General loan servicing issues

REQUIREMENTS:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in mortgage servicing, loss mitigation, or default management oversight
* Strong understanding of the mortgage industry and servicing policies
* Familiarity with investor reporting, risk management, and operational controls
* Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable in a hybrid work environment
* Proven ability to manage relationships and influence outcomes

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
