Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Radiant Logic Development and Deployment Engineer responsible for the design, configuration, customization, and deployment of Radiant Logic Virtual Directory The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in directory virtualization, data integration, and identity data synchronization, working closely with IAM architects and security teams to ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability across identity systems.

Key Responsibilities

Development & Configuration

  • Design and implement RadiantOne FID (Federated Identity Directory) solutions to integrate multiple identity data sources (LDAP, AD, DB, etc.).

Deployment & Operations

  • Manage installation, configuration, and upgrades of Radiant Logic environments (Dev, Test, Prod).

Collaboration & Documentation

  • Work closely with IAM architects to define data models and integration patterns.
  • Collaborate with application teams to onboard new identity sources or consumers.
  • Document configuration changes, architecture diagrams, and operational processes.
  • Provide knowledge transfer and training to support and operations teams.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting Radiant Logic FID / RadiantOne.
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Global Identity Builder (GIB)
    • Radiant DataSync
    • Radiant Cloud Federation Services (RCFS) (preferred)
