Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented HRIS Administrator to oversee and enhance HR systems for a leading manufacturing company in Irving, Texas. This Contract-to-Permanent position is ideal for candidates with strong technical expertise and a passion for HR technology. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining system functionality, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting key HR initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Manage the HRIS system, including SimplyMerit, ensuring optimal functionality and configuration.
Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot HR reports to ensure reliable and accurate data delivery.
Serve as the primary point of contact for system training and navigation within the HR team.
Investigate and resolve reporting discrepancies, particularly for executive-level data needs.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine workflows and improve data utilization.
Support integration efforts with platforms such as Greenhouse or Workday.
Ensure data integrity by identifying and correcting errors within the HRIS system.
Work closely with HR leadership to align system capabilities with organizational goals.

Requirements

Proficient in HRIS systems, including SimplyMerit, with hands-on management experience.
Familiarity with Greenhouse or Workday is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of Active Directory and Microsoft SQL Server.
Skilled in drafting Business Requirement Documents and conducting system analysis.
Previous experience in HR roles with a transition into HR technology is desirable.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
Detail-oriented approach and excellent communication skills, especially when working with executives.
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
