Systems Engineering Manager
6 Months Contract to hire
Located in Allentown, PA / Providence, RI / Louisville, KY
Hybrid - 3x a week onsite
Responsible for the overall technical and operational management of the company's systems infrastructure. This includes designing, implementing, and maintaining systems and networks, as well as managing a team of over 20 engineers and administrators.

Windows Patching, Application Packaging, Application Deployment, Thin Client Firmware/Software, Workstation firmware, Imaging, Windows Provisioning, Reporting, Monitoring, Operating Systems, Remote Assistance, Group Policy, Office, Deployment Scheduling methodologies, DLP, Vulnerability Management, Administration controls, Anti-malware, Remote Access, Firewalls, virtual applications, automation tools.

Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain the company's systems infrastructure.
- Manage a team of engineers and administrators.
- Develop and execute system security plans.
- Monitor and troubleshoot systems and networks.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends.
- Work with other departments to ensure that systems meet their needs.
Qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in systems engineering.
- Strong technical skills in Windows, Active Directory, SCCM, MDT, Tanium, AIP, and App Volumes.
- Experience with virtualization and cloud computing.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the principles of systems engineering and be able to apply them to real-world problems.
- The candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
