Position : Communications Specialist
Location : Santa Monica CA
Hybrid role; Mon.-Thurs.; Fridays remote

Description:
The Sales Communications team provides strategic, creative front-end sales communications support, rooted in visual storytelling. Collectively, we craft persuasive stories, develop designs, and produce content, assets, and activations that bring the client portfolio to life, with a focus on narratives that break-through in the marketplace. Sales Communications' client-focused support team (Client Comms) handles tailored communications strategically personalized for an intended audience.
Develop tailored client communication projects such as sales pitches, partnership recaps, and consultative presentations from start to finish (e.g., crafting an outline, slide building, copy editing, art directing, presenting concepts to internal stakeholders)
Assist in the development of complex and high-stakes narrative needs
Present in internal meetings, as needed, for responsible assignments
Interact and manage projects with outside vendors, such as:
o Collateral materials (poster boards, handouts, brochures, etc.)
o Videos (simple sizzles and more complex positioning stories)
o Electronic communications (emails, webpages)
o Branded goods
Assist in developing insights-led category positioning and communication efforts
Assist Manager, Sr. Manager, and Director, as needed, on any category or account initiatives
Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization
Take on other responsibilities as the business evolves and as needed

Basic Qualifications:
Candidates must be adept at working in a fast-paced environment and successfully juggle multiple assignments at once with tight deadlines. Candidates should demonstrate resourcefulness, problem-solving abilities, and have the ability to work independently and with others at all levels.
1-3 years of experience in related fields (sales support, marketing, advertising, communications)
Expertise in storytelling with an ability to translate insights into persuasive stories
Present narratives in an organized, effective, and thoughtful way
Visual problem solver with a strong design sense
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Superior Keynote and /or PowerPoint skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Ability in Photoshop a plus
Required Education: BA/BS pref.
