Job Title: Senior Systems Analyst
Location: Richmond, VA
Work Schedule: Hybrid (Remote on Mondays & Fridays, Onsite TuesdayThursday)

Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Systems Analyst eager to join our team. This hybrid role is ideal for a seasoned IT Analyst with at least 5 years of experience, a strong technical aptitude, and the ability to operate at a high level on complex projects.
Responsibilities
  • Estimate Analyst deliverables and provide updates on progress
  • Record requirements, use cases, data models, system interfaces, wireframes, relevant deliverables
  • Investigating defects and enhancement requests involving identifying, analyzing, and addressing issues related to a product, system, or service.
  • Provide a detailed analysis for comparing alternative solutions to make recommendations
  • Collaborate with business customers, analysts, architects, developers, and vendors
  • Plan and lead software production implementations and post go-live activities
  • Create and execute detailed test scripts
  • Conduct root cause analysis of operational issues and application defects
  • Provide low-level analysis and design for application development and maintenance
  • Analyze new requirements and define system modifications
  • Support daily operations of a diverse application portfolio
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years in IT as an Analyst or similar role
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business-related field strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical ability and experience deploying COTS applications, debugging, and reverse engineering
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Background and experience with IT
Technical Skills (Preferred, not required):
  • Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server (DDL, DML, stored procedures)
  • IIS application support, scheduled tasks, services, configurations
  • SharePoint familiarity
  • SAP experience
  • Windows OS
  • iOS-based mobile platforms
  • AWS, Kubernetes (Cloud & Containerization)
  • Scripting in PowerShell, Bash
