BUSINESS ANALYST
Sacramento, CA
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Five (5) years serving in a Business Analyst role for technology projects.
- Three (3) years participating in information technology software implementation projects involving users in stakeholder groups both internal and external to the client’s organizational hierarchy. (e.g. CalEPA as the client and a local regulator as the external entity.)
- One (1) year serving in a Business Analyst role for local, state, or federal government information technology projects.
- Two (2) years using an iterative or incremental software development methodology/framework (e.g. SCRUM, Agile, SAFE, etc.)
- Two (2) years of experience developing functional system documentation.
- B.A. or B.S. degree in a related field.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience as a Business Analyst for a Salesforce implementation project
- Experience as a Business Analyst with state or local government entities within the State of California
- Experience applying analytical processes on IT projects in the environmental protection, hazardous materials / hazardous waste, or similar industry.
