BUSINESS ANALYST

Sacramento, CA

Mandatory Qualifications:

  1. Five (5) years serving in a Business Analyst role for technology projects.
  2. Three (3) years participating in information technology software implementation projects involving users in stakeholder groups both internal and external to the client’s organizational hierarchy. (e.g. CalEPA as the client and a local regulator as the external entity.)
  3. One (1) year serving in a Business Analyst role for local, state, or federal government information technology projects.
  4. Two (2) years using an iterative or incremental software development methodology/framework (e.g. SCRUM, Agile, SAFE, etc.)
  5. Two (2) years of experience developing functional system documentation.
  6. B.A. or B.S. degree in a related field.

Desirable Qualifications:

  1. Experience as a Business Analyst for a Salesforce implementation project
  2. Experience as a Business Analyst with state or local government entities within the State of California
  3. Experience applying analytical processes on IT projects in the environmental protection, hazardous materials / hazardous waste, or similar industry.
