Required Skills: | - 5+ years years of hands-on experience with CRM data in MarTech and/or CRM Data & space.
- Work with data integration technologies to design and implement new solutions and processes for clients to support new customer experience strategies
- Identify data points required to enable use cases
- Experience in solutions to create unified customer profiles by resolving identity data from multiple sources.
- Experience in Designing processes for data deduplication, enrichment, and governance to ensure data quality
- 3+ years of experience with data management, data transformation, ETL, preferably using cloud-based tools/infrastructure. Attitude for taking on technical challenges.
- knowledge of deployment activities (CI/CD) between the cloud environments.
- Knowledge of high-quality professional software engineering practices for agile software development cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and deployment.
- Fundamental knowledge of design patterns
- Experience in communicating effectively with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs.
- Mentoring the team members to meet the client's needs and holding them accountable for high standards of delivery.
- Being able to understand and relate technology integration scenarios and be able to apply these learnings in complex troubleshooting scenarios.
