Senior Application Developer functions / duties: (Bill rate range: $100.00-$103.65/hour)
Under general direction of the team supervisor and a lead developer, the agency contractor will
serve as a full-stack developer for the uAchieve Degree Audit Implementation project, which is
part of the campus-wide Student Information System Upgrade initiative. They will be
responsible for building web interfaces and APIs that integrate with vendor-hosted software.
They will be expected to have experience developing enterprise-level applications using ASP.NET and C#.
Minimum Qualifications:
(70%) WEB APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT
Senior-level experience developing enterprise-level applications using ASP.NET Web Forms 4.8.
Extensive in-depth experience with C# to design, develop & modify standard & custom server
controls.
Experience in ALL of the following: HTML, CSS (Sass), modern JavaScript, AJAX, XML, JSON, and
basic HTTP protocols.
Experience implementing REST API methods & asynchronous AJAX operations to return data
from external sources and complex database systems.
(20%) DATABASE DEVELOPMENT
Experience with SQL using T-SQL, LINQ, PL/SQL and stored procedures. Experience with data
extraction from complex database systems and data warehouses.
(10%) OTHER
Analytical skills to evaluate current business processes and to develop automated solutions to
enhance the data management functions of current processes.
Writing skills to develop technical and operational manuals.
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal skills and oral communication.
Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
Experience in database design and tuning techniques.
Experience upgrading Exchange Web Services methods to use Microsoft Graph API or
equivalent.
Experience with automation and integration solutions such as MuleSoft. Experience and
