Position Description:
Seneca Resources is seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise-level initiatives that drive innovation across infrastructure, release management, and Agile delivery. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at cross-functional collaboration, and brings deep technical fluency in managing mission-critical systems.
You ll be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of technical projects from planning and execution to stakeholder engagement and release coordination while ensuring alignment with business goals and technology standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of mid to large-scale technical projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
Provide hands-on leadership to cross-functional teams including engineers, product owners, scrum masters, and project managers
Manage release planning and execution across multiple environments, ensuring seamless deployment and rollback strategies
Serve as a primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, delivering clear updates and actionable insights
Apply Agile and Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodologies to optimize project velocity and quality
Monitor project costs and timelines to ensure on-budget, on-schedule delivery
Support 24/7 infrastructure and application environments, including participation in on-call rotations
Required Skills/Education:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent technical experience)
5 7 years of experience in technical project or program management, including infrastructure and data center initiatives
5 7 years of hands-on experience in release management and deployment coordination
Strong understanding of operating systems, databases, middleware, and enterprise network architecture
Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Gantt charts, and the full MS Office Suite
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Agile delivery frameworks
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present technical updates to executive audiences
Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities
