The Global MSC Planning (o9) Product Group Manager Responsible for the success of the full Product life cycle of the Product Lines that sit beneath them. Directly manage Product Line Managers and Product Teams member to meet and exceed quality and value delivery performance metrics. Collaborates with their relevant senior functional owner to ensure alignment with business requirements. Responsible
for the executive relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES
All product lines within the MSC Planning scope from ideation to retirement, including the
delivery of o9 solution
Develop & maintain high level of understanding of the area, aligning product strategy to business
vision & objective
Manages the Product team across all activities of development, support, implementation.
Manages the priorities and workplan of the key MDS horizontal resources assigned to the
Product group (EA, Cyber, CTO, Data and Analytics)
Key point of contact Business Partners and other key stakeholders
Partner with O9 solution at executive level (head of product) to influence roadmaps and features
Owns the global technology template and necessary capabilities (technology & people) for the
Product Group, accountable for the overall inclusive TCO across SW, people, Contractors
Managed services and consumption of infrastructure
Outputs:
Implementation of short & long term Product Group strategy & roadmaps
Proactively manages the product life cycle
Continuous improvement of product group through innovative & data driven practices
Prioritises across product group to deliver business objectives
Decisions related to product group, including budget, people capabilities
Integration between product & platforms
Security compliance & risk management of all in flight projects
Profile & Qualifications
Previous senior leadership role and experience in managing & delivering
Technology transformation in a large multinational business, ideally in E2E
planning and related fields, high data driven areas, &/or modern solutions
Product Management experience Proven experience of managing SIs/partners as staff augmentation effectively
4+ years of experience working with o9 Solutions ( modules: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Integrated Business Planning, Short Term Deployment)
Keen understanding of Data engineering best practices and how they are applied to the Supply planning space
Strategic agility and business acumen to drive the continuous improvement
Ability to lead and navigate in a complex matrixed organization
Ability to lead change with high level of end user centricity
Ability to create a high-performing, agile organization demonstrating strong
people and team management skills servant leadership, inspiring teams
Demonstrates credibility and presence, consistently role modelling our values
Deep technical experience in end-to-end product/technology management
Strong understanding & application of emerging technologies
Delivery through Agile methodologies
