E Quality Corporation is seeking a Business Analyst for our client in Austin, TX. The consultant must meet the minimum required skills.

3PreferredDocumented work experience with the requirements management software "Modern Requirements"
3PreferredDocumented work experience with the issue tracking software "Atlassian Jira"
2PreferredDocumented experience working for or closely with TEA or another state or local education agency
1PreferredExperience with Teacher Incentive Allotment program, federal/state grant programs, or student outcome data.
