Job Overview

AARA TECH INC. is actively seeking a motivated and detail-oriented AWS Cloud Engineer to join our dynamic cloud engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 0 3 years of experience to grow their skills in designing, deploying, and managing AWS cloud infrastructure in a professional, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate should be passionate about cloud technologies, eager to learn, and capable of supporting scalable and secure AWS-based solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud solutions using AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, CloudWatch, and CloudTrail.

  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.

  • Monitor application performance and cloud infrastructure using tools such as Amazon CloudWatch, AWS X-Ray, and AWS Config.

  • Implement cloud security best practices using IAM, Security Groups, NACLs, KMS, and compliance policies.

  • Support the development and management of CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, or Jenkins.

  • Collaborate with DevOps, software engineering, and IT teams to integrate cloud solutions into the broader architecture.

  • Optimize AWS usage for cost efficiency, scalability, and high availability.

  • Assist in planning and executing backup strategies, disaster recovery, and data integrity validation.

  • Participate in troubleshooting and resolving cloud infrastructure issues.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 0 to 3 years of hands-on experience working with AWS services and cloud-based environments.

  • Strong foundational knowledge of Linux/Unix systems, networking concepts, and virtualization.

  • Exposure to scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation.

  • Basic understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems like Git.

  • Familiarity with agile development practices and cloud security principles.

Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have)

  • AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate

  • Terraform Associate Certification
