Job Details
- Lead data discovery and governance strategy across the enterprise
- Promote metadata management, documentation standards, and data catalog adoption
- Experience with data platforms like Snowflake, Data bricks, SQL Server and wide variety of source systems
- Deep understanding of data governance, data quality and data management.
- Define and manage a roadmap to establish a standardized data lineage
- work cross-functionally to improve data quality and unify data efforts across multiple platforms
- Partner with data engineering, analytics, and business units to align data definitions and resolve inconsistencies
- Support healthcare data compliance needs
- Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills
- Healthcare or regulated industry experience
