Agile Scrum Master - Retail

Requirements:

• 5 or more years of experience as a Scrum Master and Project Manager, leading complex IT initiatives
• Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in Agile methodologies with the ability to coach and guide Agile teams
• Proven expertise in Payments systems, Marketing, and Customer Analytics
• Experience in the Retail industry, including Ecommerce and Omni-channel environments
• Strong skills in project governance, vendor management, budgeting, risk management, and cross-functional team leadership
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across stakeholders and executive levels
• Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, WorkOtter, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of marketing and payment-related projects using Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Coach Agile teams to improve processes, velocity, and Agile maturity
• Communicate project goals, updates, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and sponsors
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk registers
• Facilitate project governance, sponsor engagement, and steering committee participation
• Collaborate with vendors, manage contracts, monitor SLAs, and ensure successful deliverables
• Drive project execution and alignment across business units in a multi-channel retail environment
• Support data platform initiatives for customer analytics and personalization
