Title: Technical Lead (o9)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in o9 platform implementation
• Strong command of IBPL and o9 platform architecture.
• Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Talend, Informatica, Apache NiFi).
• Proficiency in Python, Spark, SQL, and data transformation logic.
• Familiarity with cloud-native technologies and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Architecture:
  • Design scalable, high-performance o9 solutions tailored to business needs.
  • Architect and implement end-to-end ETL pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and consumption.
  • Lead the full o9 implementation lifecycle: requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support

• Platform Expertise:
  • Develop and optimize IBPL scripts for customization and performance tuning.
  • Configure and customize o9 modules such as:
    • Demand Planning
    • Supply Planning
    • Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
    • Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
    • Control Tower
• Integration & Data Management:
  • Design robust data integration strategies across disparate systems.
  • Ensure seamless integration with enterprise applications and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
  • Apply data modeling techniques (e.g., star schema, snowflake, data vault).
• Collaboration & Leadership:
  • Work closely with business, IT, and data science teams to align solutions with business goals.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to implementation teams.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, documentation standards, and compliance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• o9 platform certification.
• Experience in supply chain analytics or planning. Familiarity with APIs, data integration, and SaaS-based enterprise architecture.
