Job Description:
Exempt/Non Exempt: non exempt
Skills: demonstrated competency in project coordination, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, willingness to learn and adapt
Duties: Facilitate daily scrum meetings and other team meetings such as retrospective scrum of scrums, etc., removing impediments and/or guide and support the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment, participate in and help ensure organized cross-functional teams, coordinate and facilitate with other IT teams not part of agile scrum team to ensure dependencies are coordinated across teams, support IT product owners in forming and maintaining the product backlog, develop training and/or supporting materials, other coordination activities as needed, other tasks assigned as necessary
Required
SM & Agile basics
o Experience running a Scrum Team and working in a large corporate environment that is doing some version of Agile, but a lot of waterfall too
o Flexible in approach, not dogmatic about Agile implementation
High EQ
o Ability to read and respond to people and situations
o Able to work with strong personalities, both not getting pushed around and also not getting in arguments.
o Strong communication skills. Able to clearly and succinctly communicate an idea
Medical Device or similar high-regulated field ; aeronautics, fin tech, etc.
Project Manager or Software Developer experience
Years Experience: 2-5
