Position: Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud Technical Lead

Location: Remote

Duration: 12+ months contract

Job Description:

  1. SFCC B2B Lightning Technical Expertise
    • Deep understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2B architecture, Lightning components, and platform capabilities for troubleshooting, enhancements, and customizations.
    • Knowledge of B2B commerce workflows, order management, and supply chain processes to align technical solutions with business goals.
  2. Lead the team towards success
    • Guide and manage the technical outcome of the team. Conduct daily internal stand up and also lead the customer stand up
    • Represent the team in front of customer.
  3. Apex & Lightning Web Components Development
    • Strong coding skills in Apex and Lightning Web Components to build, optimize, and maintain scalable solutions within SFCC B2B environments.
    • Integration Skills - Experience integrating SFCC with ERP, payment gateways, third-party systems, and REST/SOAP APIs for seamless business operations.
  4. Problem-Solving & Debugging
    • Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring high system reliability and customer satisfaction.
  5. Enhancement & Release Management
    • Experience managing enhancement requests, release cycles, and deployments using tools like Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
  6. Customer Communication & Stakeholder Management
    • Exceptional communication skills to understand customer needs, explain technical concepts, and manage expectations with demanding clients.
  7. Flexibility & Adaptability
    • Willingness to adjust priorities, work hours, and approaches to meet evolving customer requirements and urgent support needs.
