Join our Toyota Material Handling Team as a Manufacturing Supervisor

The Role:

We're seeking a passionate and dedicated Manufacturing Supervisor who brings decisiveness, strong decision-making, and expertise to the table. In this role, you'll be leading, running daily meetings, and developing associates while collaborating with a dynamic and diverse team to achieve shared goals. What You'll Be Doing:

• Responsible for leading Team Leaders and Associate in proactive safety, quality and TPS activities to achieve our key metrics of safety incidents, warranty and defect outflow and productivity
• Expected to promote Toyota's Core Values through their actions
• Must take the lead to ensure Toyota's policies and procedures are followed
• Daily tasks include daily reports, production meetings, 4M change management and communication and overseeing the day-to-day activities in their responsible area all while promoting kaizen
• Responsible for supporting the development of their Associates and Team Leaders in their area
• Aid in the creation of succession plans and support strategic planning (hoshin) activity

What We're Looking For:

• 2 Year Technical Degree or High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years relevant experience
• 3+ years of Leadership experience (or comparable experience) in a high production, fast paced manufacturing environment
• Results driven, able to use visual management tools to identify problems and implement improvements
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)

Where and When You'll Work:

• This is an in-person role located at our Columbus, Indiana office-ideal for those who thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.

What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:

Salary - $66,000 - $85,000 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate's education and experience.

Relocation: This role is eligible for relocation assistance based on current location
