QA/Test Analyst - Mid-Level

Randstad Digital is partnering with a leading consumer goods retailer to find a QA Analyst to support their global ticketing application. Familiarity with NiceLabel Loftware for barcode production is essential. Candidates must be local to Marlborough, MA and be willing to come into the office as-needed for testing.

- Performs testing of medium to high complexity to ensure that the system is implemented and functions as designed

- Ensures that testing meets organization standards for compliance

- Partners and collaborates with project team members and the business to design/develop testing strategies

- Creates medium to high complexity test plans and test cases utilizing business/solution requirements and technical design documentation

- Executes medium to high complexity test cases both manually and/or by automation

- Performs triage for medium to high complexity defects, which include detection, risk assessment, documentation and retesting. Calls out more complex defects to the appropriate level

- Assesses software for stability

- Provides input to QA Project Leader on project status

- Share knowledge and provide guidance to team members

- Performs other duties as assigned

- Ensures thorough testing the end-to-end solution meets user requirements

- Provides first level testing approval

- May assign and monitor tasks to team members and third-party vendor contractors to ensure deliverables align with the project plan

3-5 years of QA testing and NiceLabel experience

6-8 years of QA testing without NiceLabel experience
