RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Program Manager in Maryland Heights, MO.

Primary Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain program-level roadmaps and plans for mobile technology rewrites
* Create and own program artifacts: status updates, budgets, governance frameworks, resourcing plans
* Engage with senior stakeholders-present updates, align expectations, facilitate decision-making
* Run risk and issue management cycles-maintain logs, mitigation plans, review cadence
* Manage change requests-assess impact, drive decisions, update plans/presentations
* Support team leadership-mentor PMs/BAs/QAs, foster accountability and cross-functional collaboration

REQUIREMENTS:
* IT Program Management experience - ideally with background from top consultancies (e.g., Deloitte, Accenture, Slalom, West Monroe, Slalom)
* Strong in road mapping, program planning, and stakeholder communication (slides, decks, presentations, risk/issue logs)
* Proven ability to track, mitigate, and escalate risks and issues proactively
* Comfortable with both Agile (Jira/Kanban) and waterfall methodologies-though not a Scrum Master
* A 'driver' personality-someone who delivers under pressure, with minimal oversight and maximum drive

Nice to Haves:
* PMP or equivalent Program Management certification
* Prior experience in telecom transformation, especially mobile back-office/front-office systems
* Familiarity with AI integration in backend systems
* Consulting experience within telecom/technology sectors

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
