Role Overview:
This role sits within the Product & Engineering organization and will focus on delivering AI/ML-powered conversational BI products. You will own the product vision and execution, working closely with engineering, data science, and platform teams to drive meaningful business impact.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or Data/AI Consultant
- Experience delivering Data, Analytics, and AI/ML products
- Participation in at least two full lifecycle projects
- Strong experience in matrix organizations with complex stakeholder management
- Hands-on experience developing AI/ML frameworks, platforms, pipelines, and solutions
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and LucidChart
- Strong storytelling and communication skills to demonstrate enterprise impact
Key Responsibilities:
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI/ML solutions aligned with business goals
- Translate business needs into technical requirements, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Partner with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and platform teams to design and deliver solutions
- Conduct user research and analyze feedback to identify AI-driven innovation opportunities
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and demos
- Where needed, code prototypes and demo AI products/services
- Measure success through adoption, performance, and cost metrics
- Manage dependencies, risks, and blockers across teams
- Stay current with emerging AI/ML technologies and apply them to improve product outcomes
- Lead products end-to-end from ideation to launch, optimization, and sunset
