Job Title: ServiceNow Architect
Location: Remote(Need local to DMV area with occassional visit)

Job Summary:
The ServiceNow Architect will lead the design, integration, and enhancement of ServiceNow platform capabilities in support of client's Integrated Service Center (ISC). This role focuses on delivering customer-centric ITSM solutions, ensuring alignment with client enterprise architecture and digital governance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Platform Design & Integration:
    • Architect and implement new ServiceNow modules aligned with Client strategic priorities.
    • Enhance existing modules to improve automation, data quality, and user experience.
    • Integrate ServiceNow with Client systems and data repositories for unified service delivery.
  • Agile Development & Governance:
    • Apply Agile SDLC methodologies for iterative development and stakeholder engagement.
    • Ensure all configurations align with client's digital governance and compliance standards.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Facilitate meetings with Client and internal teams to communicate technical solutions and risks.
    • Support Client business process reengineering and standardization efforts.
  • Documentation & Training:
    • Provide technical documentation, process guides, and training materials to support enterprise adoption.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 10+ years of relevant experience (ServiceNow architecture, ITSM, integrations).
  • Proven experience with ServiceNow implementations in federal environments.
  • Familiarity with FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST compliance standards.
  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-ITSM, CAD preferred).
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
