Responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating extremely large complex SCADA upgrade and replacement projects to ensure that project goals and objectives are accomplished using best proactive methodologies within prescribed business requirements, time frames, and funding parameters. Performs technical tasks and/or leads teams in projects of complex scope, importance and/or interdependency. Leads development and implementation of technical standards and specifications related to SCADA systems, display standards, data hierarchy, interfaces, and performance. Assumes responsibility for interpretation of business aspects and overall project success. Regularly called upon to drive decisions, collaborate with other functions, and align milestones. Serves as advisor and mentor to team members regarding risks, tasks, resources, and best practices for SCADA Project Implementation..
As the IT Project Manager IV, the ability to lead teams to resolve sophisticated problems, explain difficult issues and cultivate positive relationships are all important skills needed for this role. This role will also require extensive knowledge of the SCADA architecture, software configuration, and SCADA project lifecycle process. Responsibilities/Expectations:
Leads and coordinates a SCADA related projects to achieve G&P Modernization objectives
Understands business requirements, project risks and project lifecycle
Applies expertise and leadership skills to advise and consult with project team, stakeholders, and sponsors and to resolve issues
Measures and reports project performance to our leadership team and stakeholders
Cultivates relationships with our system integrators and software vendors; mentors others
Collaborate with project team on SCADA project development processes, including requirements gathering, analysis and design, development tools and technologies, release and version control, modern testing methodologies and deployment management to Pipeline Control
Uses business applications for project management processes and to comply with PMO requirements
Applies knowledge of SCADA project implementation challenges to improve project plans, delivered processes or and services for Pipeline Control
Interprets internal/external customer stakeholder needs, assesses requirements and identifies responses

Education/Years of Experience:
Required: Bachelor's degree in IT-related field or engineering; minimum seven (7) years' experience in project management with a minimum three (3) years' experience in information technology or minimum eleven (11) years' related business experience
Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

In this role, you will perform project management as part of a dedicated team for the delivery of the G&P SCADA Modernization project which will create a scalable, SCADA platform that supports M&A growth, If you thrive on creative solutions, challenging norms, and have interest in leading edge OT data solutions in SCADA, this role may suit you. Additional Responsibilities:

Conducts SCADA systems, work processes, architecture and infrastructure including hardware, software, network integration (MQTT, OPC-UA, and OPC-DA)s, and data centers and cloud solutions.
Collaborates with 3rd party solution integrator and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment regarding key decisions, requirements, design decisions, technical standards, compliance, and execution plans.
Develops and implements integrated project plans including integration with parallel initiatives like the Display and Alarm Standards.
