Project Overview
A system-wide upgrade to Windows 11 is underway across different facilities to ensure compliance and performance ahead of Windows 10 end-of-life support. Contractors will support the Central Wisconsin region, performing hardware swaps and system upgrades.

Field Service Technician - Windows 11 Migration

Project Overview
A system-wide upgrade to Windows 11 is underway across different facilities to ensure compliance and performance ahead of Windows 10 end-of-life support. Contractors will support the Central Wisconsin region, performing hardware swaps and system upgrades.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform physical hardware replacements and upgrades.
- Provide hands-on support for HP devices, laptops, MacBooks, printers, and other peripherals.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including IP configuration and patch management.
- Ensure successful deployment and configuration of Windows 11 on end-user devices.
- Maintain accurate documentation of completed tasks and issues encountered.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and facility staff to minimize disruption during migration.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in hardware support and troubleshooting (HP, MacBooks, printers, etc.).
- Familiarity with Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments.
- Knowledge of IP networking and patch management.
- Ability to work independently and travel between sites.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
