Act as an SAP architect and a catalyst of digital transformation to increase business agility and enable the strategy of the company, as well as the key liaison for his/her functional globallyLead and collaborate with the development of best practices, guiding principles, solutions architecture, and roadmapsServe as a subject matter expert working with business processes peers solving problems, advising on various complex business-related issuesAdvise and drive the use of technology to streamline business processesCollaborate with leadership to develop ideas and solutions to present to business processes peersAnalyze, gather requirements, design business processes, define functional specifications, and configure solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costsConfigure, develop, and implement SAP systems, and smoothly integrate SAP applications with existing IT business solutionsPrepare test plan, test scripts for system testing, and functional testing, and implement the plan, as well as support for activities related to data conversion and resolve issuesProvide SAP system support, end-user training, and document SAP processesLeads the analysis of the current technology environment to detect critical deficiencies, legacy and technical debt, and recommends solutions for improvementParticipate in projects as an SAP expertLead functional areas within projects and/or lead implementation projectsKeep abreast of the latest SAP offerings, updates, and developmentsWork with Digital IT service providers to provide support to users, to deliver applications enhancements and on project activitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with business peers to gain their active support for the transformation agendaSupport leadership in developing and implementing Digital IT roadmaps, such as projects and enhancementDevelop solution concepts and business cases for new investmentsCoaches, mentors and collaborates with technical subject matter experts and peers to develop technology architecture that enables and drives new business capabilities and operating models

8 years of SAP experienceSAP certifications preferredExtensive SAP SD knowledgeExperience with full-cycle SAP implementations preferredKnowledge of IT processes, IT functions (development, infrastructure, security, governance), and technology (cloud, big data, architecture, APIs)Knowledge of Agile, Project Management, and Innovation processesAbility to work with teams in Application Managed Services (AMS) environment driving engagement with an ownership mindsetAbility to document SAP processesExperience leading projectsUnderstanding of business processes and best practices to provide effective solutionsStrong knowledge of SAP ERP (ECC or S4/Hana) and solid functional experience with the SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), Logistics, and SAP WMS (Warehouse Management)Strong Knowledge of Advanced Planner and Scheduling (APS) solutions, preferably SAP APO or SAP IBPBe able to map and test FM's without ABAP helpDesirable knowledge of full Order to Cash processDesirable knowledge of Sales and Operational Planning (S&OP), Forecast Plan processes
