Description:

Summary: The main function of a data steward is to Process daily data change requests for customer data (HCP/HCOs)

  • Reconcile match/merge queues and ad-hoc requests of internal and external data through primary research and data management policies; analyze and fix data
  • Submit, track, and follow through on validation requests
  • Maintain/update standard operating procedures ( SOPs ) and work instructions ( WIs ) and associated training

  • Skills:
  • Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time.
  • Basic knowledge of database management software, MDM, Life Science/Healthcare customer data.
  • Education/Experience: Associate's degree in computer programming or equivalent training required.
