Job Details
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM (CMDB, Discovery).
- Integrate ServiceNow with other applications or data sources using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Work on Value Stream Management (VSM) projects, ensuring optimal integration and development.
- Mentor junior developers and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Create high-quality, precise technical documentation.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of solid Developer experience in ServiceNow ITOM (CMDB, Discovery).
- 5+ years of expert experience integrating ServiceNow with other applications or data sources including REST and SOAP APIs.
- 3+ years of developer experience in Value Stream Management (VSM).
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and other ServiceNow scripting languages.
- Ability to work on multiple projects at once while mentoring other developers.
- Certification in one or more of the mainline ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS).
