Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive test strategies and plans for complex projects.
- Coordinate testing efforts across various teams and ensure alignment with project requirements.
- Oversee the creation, validation, and updating of test cases to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Manage the defect lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
- Provide insightful dashboard reporting and trend analysis to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project managers and business users to facilitate effective testing processes.
Skills
- Exceptional communication skills with a strong presence in executive settings.
- Proven experience in facilitating meetings and reporting to leadership.
- Proficiency in JIRA for setup and execution of testing processes.
- Solid understanding of waterfall methodology.
- Ability to write and manage test cases effectively without automation or scripting.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the utility sector is advantageous.
- Background in regulatory or process-heavy industries such as medical devices.
- Familiarity with agile testing environments.
