Requirement Details: Job Title: SAP FICO with Pre-sales
Location: East coast/ Mid-west

Description:

15+ years of experience including full SDLC's / ERP implementations in SAP FICO.

10+ years' experience in various leadership roles in the planning, design and deployment of SAP's financial solutions.

8+ years' experience in SAP FI/CO/AR/AP/Asset Management / Profitability Accounting/ Cost Center.

Involved with 4-5 End to End SAP Project Implementation.

In-depth finance business experience as a consultant working on SAP planning, design and implementation projects i.e. must have worked with the business and not only IT.

To be able to effectively communicate and relate to Finance senior and executive management at a client.

Strong desire to stay on the cutting edge of SAP, including Simple Finance and Suite on HANA.

Business process/transformation experience.

Excellent communication with executives and clients on both the business and IT side.

Ability to lead and facilitate design workshops (Blueprint), assessments, planning sessions.

Effectively communicate the solution and value to all key stakeholders such as the business and IT clients, as well as the team, both onsite and offshore.

Lead a team of Finance specialists both onsite and offshore and assist in configuring the solution.

Make recommendations on strategic direction and roadmap for the use and implementation of the SAP applications, as well as integration with third party systems.

Ability to perform quality control on the finance portion of an implementation project.

Conduct work effort estimation and develop work plans.

Experience responding to RFPs & RFQs from clients.

Ability to conventionalize pre-blue print solutions based on limited information from clients.

Provides technical leadership to the team on Performance related tasks such as test planning, data gathering, tuning and assessment.
