Job Description

Product Managers at U.S. Bank are customer obsessed in driving product visioning, planning and development to deliver on our human + digital product strategy and staying one step ahead of evolving economic, technological, and customer needs. As a Data Insights Product Manager in Treasury & Payment Solutions, you will:

  • Conduct deep client discovery to understand needs, pain points, and opportunities.
  • Leverage technologies such as business intelligence, AI, and machine learning to proactively deliver meaningful insights and uncover blind spots in clients' operations.
  • Define and execute the data and analytics strategy for client-facing products.
  • Work across business lines to identify data needs and innovative ways to help clients succeed.
  • Analyze and interpret business data using advanced techniques to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery.
  • Develop and manage the product roadmap aligned with OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).
  • Collaborate with agile teams, experience design, technology, and risk partners to deliver business and customer outcomes.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of data analytics, Power BI tools, AI/ML applications, and client performance metrics.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for clients.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work across multiple business lines and stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.

Basic Qualifications
  • Product Management experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Proven experience in product management, preferably in financial services or data-driven products.
  • 3-5 years of experience with data insights.
  • Familiarity with Treasury product offerings.
  • Experience with Power BI is required
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Expertise on the critical interdependencies among product model system elements that help and hinder performance; ability to plan and design solutions that synchronize resources to achieve business results using business metrics, key performance indicators, design systems, service blueprints, and reusability
  • Ability to anticipate shifting market priorities, internal and external customer needs in a manner that consistently adds value
  • Strong customer centricity to implement strategies and techniques that ensure customers have a positive experience with the organization's products and services at every touchpoint.
  • Knowledge of technical aspects of software products; ability to design, configure and integrate technical aspects of software products
  • Knowledge of Agile ways of working, knowledge of processes, tools and techniques for assessing and controlling an organization's exposure to risks of various kinds; ability to apply knowledge of risk management appropriately to diverse situations

Preferred skills: product PnL, product strategy, vision and planning, product discovery, product development, channel alignment and management, adoption, customer experience research, insight and execution, agile ways of working, go to market and sales channels, performance measurement and optimization, marketing and analytics, customer centricity.

Location: Cincinnati, Minneapolis, Chicago, New York

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside of the location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. Pay Range: $86,360.00 - $101,600.00
