Job Details

This remote position provides consultation and direction to assist in identifying and managing digital regulatory risk in all verticals and assists with the development and delivery of proposed solutions. This requires existing knowledge or the ability to rapidly interpret common compliance regulations such as HIPAA, PCI DSS, GDPR, NIST, SOX, FISMA, etc. Provides technical pre-sales support to Account Executives as requested. Expected to be a subject matter expert in 2 or more technologies. Principal solutions include Microsoft Purview and supporting solutions such as Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Generate enterprise-grade architectural designs for M365 compliance solutions and oversees their implementation by junior team members
  • Implement M365 compliance solutions to meet customer needs and align with best practices
  • Assists with the management and successful completion of project initiatives on-time and within budget, assisting with project plans and maintaining project schedules
  • As the client's trusted advisor, identify and pursue additional opportunities
  • Transfer knowledge to customers as part of the delivery of services
  • Mentor less experienced consultants and interns
  • Be aware of customer desired business outcomes from engagements, and ensure targeted delivery of solutions to meet those outcomes
  • Seeks new business opportunities with existing clients, shares ideas with Account Executive and Principal team members
  • Handles routine customer issues and manages customer expectations; assisting more junior consultants as needed

Required Experience

  • 5 years of experience/knowledge with Microsoft security platforms
  • Deep knowledge of at least one of the following solutions: Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Defender suite.
    • Has designed and implemented the solution(s)
    • Can architect and defend a standard solution
    • Advanced knowledge of the solutions capabilities and business benefits
    • Ability to articulate technical topics to multiple audiences including technicians, architects, and non-technical business stakeholders
    • Experience customizing and extending the solution s capabilities
    • 5 years or equivalent work experience/knowledge with the solution(s)
  • At least 5 years of experience with the following:
    • Standard networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory users and groups, basic understanding of GPO's
    • Server OS skills: Installation, Standard usage, Troubleshooting
    • Client OS skills: Installation, Troubleshooting
    • Understanding of common scripting (VBS/PowerShell/Other)
  • Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.

  • Certifications:
    • Microsoft Certified: Information Protection Administrator Associate (SC-400)
    • Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300)
