Job Description:

  • We are seeking a Full Cycle Technical Recruiter to support our rapid growth and drive full-cycle recruitment efforts across a diverse range of roles, including Sustainability, Climate Change, GHG (Greenhouse Gas), Environmental Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and ASG-related positions.
  • The ideal candidate has proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment for both technical and specialized environmental/sustainability-focused roles within innovative or mission-driven organizations.
  • You will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to develop search strategies, source and assess top talent, and ensure a seamless and inclusive candidate experience.
  • This position is perfect for a proactive recruiter who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about building teams that make a positive environmental and technological impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing) for roles in Sustainability, Climate Change, GHG Reporting, ASG Analytics, and Electrical/Environmental Engineering.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical and functional role requirements, design recruiting strategies, and identify ideal candidate profiles.
  • Build and manage robust talent pipelines across engineering, sustainability, and policy-related disciplines.
  • Utilize Greenhouse ATS to maintain accurate candidate data, workflows, and reports.
  • Drive an inclusive, transparent, and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Partner with HR and compensation teams to develop competitive offers aligned with internal equity and market data.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights on talent market trends within sustainability, climate tech, and engineering domains.
  • Promote and support diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruitment practices.

Experience (Mandatory):

  • 5+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter, with a focus on technical, sustainability, or environmental/engineering roles.
  • Proven experience hiring for positions such as Sustainability Analysts, GHG Specialists, Environmental Scientists, Electrical Engineers, or Climate Program Managers.
  • 2+ years experience using Greenhouse ATS for recruitment management.
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills with the ability to engage passive candidates in niche domains.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across teams and levels.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, or mission-driven environments preferred.

Experience (Desired):

  • Experience recruiting for roles at the intersection of technology, energy, and sustainability.
  • Knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., GHG Protocol, CDP, TCFD) or climate policy is a plus.

Education:

  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent practical experience.
