Overview:
The role is seeking an experienced Marketing Automation Consultant to support the implementation and optimization of advanced Sales & Marketing automation tools. The client’s current homegrown solution lacks key capabilities such as sophisticated customer journey management, campaign orchestration, subscription/consent management, and seamless integration with other enterprise tools.
Project Scope:
The client has recently completed a successful Proof of Concept (PoC) with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights & Journey and is now evaluating further tool options. The consultant will play a pivotal role in guiding the client through the tool selection process, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and providing best practice recommendations for marketing automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess current sales automation processes and identify gaps in journey management, campaign execution, consent/subscription management, and integrations.
- Advise on marketing automation tool selection, with a focus on platforms such as MS Dynamics 365 Customer Insights & Journey.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for marketing automation, including campaign design, customer journey mapping, and data privacy compliance.
- Develop and present recommendations for tool implementation, integration strategies, and change management.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable technical requirements.
- Support the client in achieving seamless adoption and measurable business outcomes through automation.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in marketing automation tool selection and implementation, preferably within the investment management or financial services sector.
- Hands-on expertise with MS Dynamics 365 Customer Insights & Journey or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of campaign management, customer journey orchestration, and consent/subscription management.
- Experience integrating marketing automation tools with other enterprise systems (CRM, analytics, etc.).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to deliver actionable insights and position as a strategic partner in achieving client business objectives.
Education: At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
