Lead Access Control Installer - TEKsystems's Client

? What You'll Be Doing

  • Install and test access control systems in commercial environments-think door strikes, magnetic locks, and more.
  • Cut and fit hardware with precision to ensure flawless functionality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues like a pro.
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance to keep systems running at peak performance.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Keep detailed records of installs, service calls, and maintenance work.
  • Stay sharp and up-to-date with the latest in security tech.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience installing access control systems in commercial settings.
  • Hands-on skills with door strikes, mag locks, and basic programming exposure.
  • Strong troubleshooting instincts and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license and clean DMV record.
  • Relevant certifications in security systems (preferred).

Physical Requirements

  • Comfortable lifting and carrying equipment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
