Required Skills & Experience
10+ years in engineering with a strong track record of scaling SaaS teams from 10+ to 25+ engineers
Experience in early to mid-stage startups (Series A/B/C), ideally on a path to IPO
Proven ability to lead across web, mobile (Flutter), backend (.NET), and QA teams
Expertise in architectural modernization and legacy platform migrations
Skilled in engineering metrics, agile team performance, and technical decision-making
Strong communicator with cross-functional leadership and mentoring abilities
Demonstrated success building leadership layers and hiring top talent
Familiarity with DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and data pipelines
What You Will Be Doing
Lead and scale a high-performance engineering team across multiple platforms
Partner with Product and Design to align technical initiatives with business goals
Drive architectural decisions and platform modernization across mobile, web, and backend
Establish strong engineering processes including CI/CD, QA automation, and observability
Own the recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and mentorship of engineering talent
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
Support cross-functional pods with technical guidance and operational strategy
