Job Title: Architect and Strategist to drive AI strategy
Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension)
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)

Job Description

  • Develop strategic recommendation to drive business growth and improvement
  • Ensure solution aligns with organizational technology strategy
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives
  • Participation in stakeholder interviews and documentation of business and technical requirements
  • Develop and maintain technical roadmaps and architectural standards
  • Candidate should be strong in Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient solutions to meet business requirements
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements
  • Good knowledge in Cloud technologies, AI/ML.
  • Quick and vivid learner, understand and learn Amex eco system and process
  • Excellent verbal and written communication for technical and non-technical audiences with the ability to tailor and deliver communications to all levels of organizations from project teams to executive leadership
  • Strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Proficient in the use of MS office, MS project, vision and other collaboration tools
  • Exceptional PowerPoint designing and presentation skills
  • Experience with Contact center Nice to have.
You ll be driving AI/ML strategy, leading architectural design, and aligning solutions with enterprise tech goals. Strong knowledge in Cloud, AI/ML, stakeholder management, and PowerPoint presentation skills are key.
Experience with contact center platforms is a plus.
