Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to join our team in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to lead diverse projects, collaborating with vendors and stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions. Responsibilities:
Oversee the delivery of complex initiatives, ensuring they meet established goals, timelines, and budgets.
Collaborate with vendors to build effective partnerships and manage relationships throughout project lifecycles.
Utilize Agile methodologies to plan, execute, and deliver projects while fostering a flexible and adaptive team environment.
Develop and manage financial frameworks, including budgets, forecasts, and cost-benefit analyses.
Create and maintain detailed project documentation using tools such as Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
Implement change management strategies to guide teams and stakeholders through transitions effectively.
Manage global delivery processes, ensuring consistency and quality across various enterprise projects.
Monitor and report project status while identifying and mitigating risks.
Leverage tools such as Jira to track progress, manage tasks, and ensure project transparency.
Requirements
Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex initiatives.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience applying them in project execution.
Proficiency in financial planning, including budget creation, forecasting, and cost analysis.
Expertise in Office applications, including Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Familiarity with tools like Jira to support project tracking and management.
Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and foster collaboration.
Experience working with global enterprises and delivering projects across diverse teams.
Knowledge of cloud technologies, CRM systems, ERP platforms, and change management practices.
